These terms cover the use of addonmint.com and the support we provide for AddonMint add-ons. By using the website or our support you agree to them.
Buying our add-ons
Our add-ons are sold through each platform's official marketplace. The purchase, payment, invoice and any refund request are handled by that marketplace under its own terms — for the Odoo Apps Store, the Odoo Apps Store sales conditions. Prices shown on this website are for information; the price on the marketplace applies.
License
Each add-on is licensed under the license stated in its listing — for our paid Odoo add-ons, the Odoo Proprietary License v1.0 (OPL-1). In short: you may use and modify the add-on for your own systems; you may not publish, distribute, sublicense or sell copies of it.
Support
- We answer support requests within one business day (Monday to Friday, Istanbul time).
- Bug fixes for the platform versions listed for an add-on are free.
- Help with installing and using our add-ons is free.
- Changes requested only for your company are custom work; we agree the price with you in writing before we start.
- We cannot support code that has been modified by someone else, or platform versions not listed for the add-on.
Your responsibilities
Test new add-ons and updates on a copy of your database before using them in production, and keep regular backups. Our add-ons are tools that help you understand and manage your system; decisions made with them remain yours.
Warranty and liability
We build and test our add-ons carefully, but they are provided "as is", without any warranty beyond what the law requires. As far as the law allows, AddonMint is not liable for indirect or consequential damages such as lost data, lost profit or business interruption, and our total liability for an add-on is limited to the price you paid for it.

The text, images and logos on this website belong to AddonMint unless stated otherwise. Odoo is a trademark of Odoo S.A.; WooCommerce and Shopify are trademarks of their owners. AddonMint is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Istanbul courts and enforcement offices have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules that apply to you.
