Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data AddonMint collects through addonmint.com, through support requests and through sales of our add-ons, and how we use it. We collect as little as possible and never sell personal data.
Who we are
AddonMint, Istanbul, Türkiye ("we", "us"). For any privacy question or request, write to support@addonmint.com.
What we collect
- Messages you send us — through the support or contact form or by email: your name, email address, company (optional) and the content of your message.
- Purchases — our add-ons are sold on each platform's official marketplace (for example the Odoo Apps Store). The marketplace handles the payment; we never see your card details. It may share with us the buyer's name, company and email address so that we can provide support.
- Website usage — our server keeps standard technical logs (IP address, browser, pages requested, time) for security and troubleshooting. The website software also keeps basic visit statistics (pages viewed, country, language).
What our add-ons collect
Nothing. Our add-ons run inside your own system and do not send any data to us or to anyone else.
Cookies
We use only cookies the website needs to work: a session cookie, your language choice and the website's own visit statistics. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics.
Why we use your data
- To answer your questions and provide support (our legitimate interest, or steps you ask for before buying).
- To keep the website secure and working (our legitimate interest).
- To meet legal obligations, such as keeping sales records.
We do not send newsletters or marketing emails unless you ask us to.
Where your data is stored
- The website and support records are hosted on a server in Türkiye.
- Email is handled by Zoho Mail in its European Union data centre.
- Purchase data is held by the marketplace operator (for the Odoo Apps Store: Odoo S.A., Belgium) under its own privacy policy.
How long we keep it
Support messages are kept as long as needed to help you and for a reasonable time after, so we can follow up on the same issue. Server logs are deleted after a few weeks. Sales records are kept for the period required by law.
Your rights
Under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) and, where it applies, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you can ask us to tell you what data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it. Write to support@addonmint.com and we will answer within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date above.
